What is freight forwarding?
Freight forwarding is when a company undertakes the responsibility for a client’s shipping needs. As a business or individual, importing or exporting goods comes with unfamiliar hurdles.
Air Sea Scotland have the knowledge and expertise to move your goods to or from anywhere in the world, making the whole process much easier for you.
Do you help with customs procedures?
Air Sea Scotland can move your freight to or from anywhere in the world, but we’re happy to help with your import and export customs clearance requirements too.
We don’t have to be moving your cargo to help with your clearance requirements. We can prepare import and export declarations at over 50 ports and airports across the UK.
Do you handle dangerous goods?
We do. Air Sea Scotland have qualified staff to move your dangerous goods. Our operational staff have the required IATA Dangerous Goods by Air qualifications, and our drivers have the required ADR qualification.
What locations can you ship to?
We can deliver your goods to anywhere in the world. There's always a way to get a shipment to where it needs to be.
Do you handle personal effects?
Yes. Air Sea Scotland handle cargo for businesses and private individuals.
Can you help with urgent, fast track shipments?
We can. If you have goods or personal items which need moved straight away, give us a call and we'll be able to help.
Where are you based?
Our office and depot is at Glasgow Airport and ideal for delivering, and picking up air freight goods.
